Due to the nature of wood and a handmade process, some imperfections may be present. The frame stain color can vary based on the grain pattern of each piece of wood. Our signs are meant for indoor use only.

» We reserve the right to SELL all designs we create, including custom/personalized designs, in any form, including our online store.
» Due to the custom nature of our signs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about a product you have received, please contact us within three business days of the delivery date.
» We ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to an incorrect address. Items that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped to the correct address at the customer’s expense.
» We are not responsible for items damaged or destroyed in transit. However, all shipments come insured for replacement. If you receive a damaged sign, please contact us immediately so that a claim can be submitted. The customer will be required to provide pictures of the damage.
